During most of our treks you sit in a coffee house and have herbal tea or coffee there. The handed food is accompanied by joyful conversations. Before the night, a group go down to the city and return to the home with a sweet fatigue of that beautiful day.
The aim of the club is to impact students’ lives positively by bringing all experiences (academic and non-academic) and talents together, and then using these experiences and talents to empower students on campus and help others in the communities who the organization can reach. The organization accomplishes its objectives by organizing student events where all students are welcome to share their experiences and talents so that the interpersonal knowledge and skills that could not be acquired in classroom can become a reality for all students. This way, student would have a balanced and healthy lifestyle on campus. Conferences, Sporting event, games, informal student presentations, and other student-benefiting events on campus are what would bear the hallmark of the organization. The organization would also be organizing, in collaboration with other suitable organizations outside the university to benefit those in need in our community. This would include but not limited events for and with persons with disability, and other engaging in other events be believe would benefit others outside our university.
Psychology Association of Balkans (PAB) was founded in 2019 by IUS Clinical Psychology Graduate Students. PAB strives to gather all graduate students of IUS together in order to achieve power of the unity. PAB will be organizing all events on an academic base and will be providing assistance and if needed guidance to psychology graduate students. PAB consist of Management Board which includes five(5) members and General Assembly which naturally includes all graduates and graduate students of International University of Sarajevo.
The aim is to gather all passionate students of architecture to explore all fields of architecture in extra-curricular activities set and provided by ASA. ASA would serve as the means of building ones portfolio, style, knowledge, expertise, design, experience etc. Various activities would be provided enabling students to:
a) improve their skills in performance and design at studios, as well as other relevant courses such as structure and artistic related ones
b) share knowledge with their colleagues and receive the same
c) explore fields related to architecture which are not covered by curriculum nor syllabi e.g. softwares (graphic design skills), contemporary issues, studies of anthropology, acoustics, light, climate, sociology, psychology, descriptive geometry, 3D geometry (e.g. in fabrication), management, economy etc.
In the efforts of improvement and betterment, ASA would stay up to date in the interdisciplinary studies by making collaboration with staff and clubs from other study programs as well as many guest who will be welcomed.
The DEAR VACD Club strives to provide students with a unique and progressive environment in which they can excel in their ambition and creativity. The members are comprised of artists working in graphic design, photography, painting, installation, performance, video and new media. Each month we will provide activities such as film festivals, art exhibitions, visiting museums and analyze the topic, going to cinema, inviting guests from those fields and welcome them to IUS and learn from their experience, and gather to work together.
