International Day of Disabled Persons by International Psychology Students Association (IPSA) Balkans
On the December 4th, 2019 IPSA Balkans have organized their traditional event which is International Day of Disabled Persons, it was their 3rd organization regarding this topic. The organization has accomplished with the collaboration of Vladimir Nazor Rehabilitation Center. Our Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Yıldırım and President of IPSA Balkans Zümra Cengiz have given their speech and in the name of „Vladimir Nazor“ Center, social worker Razija Zahirović thanked hosts and the attendees. The program was then enriched by the students of the „Vladimir Nazor“ Center who through song, play, recitations, and folklore showed that they really are our special children. They are our particularly talented children.
After the performance, the students continued to socialize with IUS students who, through coloring, writing, and modeling, held a creative workshop with them. The smile on the faces of these children is the best reminder that sometimes it takes a little for happiness. A little of our attention.
