Members of the Alumni Association of Students (ITU) visited IUS

International University of Sarajevo (IUS) organized a gala reception for members of the Alumni Association of Students of Istanbul Technical University (ITU), Class of 1969 on Sunday, October 11, 2015. The reception of distinguished guests was organized in the Senate room of the IUS. Chairman of the IUS Board of Trustees, Prof. Dr. Hasan Zuhuri Sarıkaya welcomed the guests and presented the development and work of the University. IUS Rector, Prof. Dr. Yücel Oğurlu addressed the alumni students of the ITU emphasizing that after 11 years of successful work, IUS alumni community is creating lasting relationship between the alumni, students, professors, faculty, academic and wider community. Members of the Association of Alumni Students of the Istanbul Technical University expressed a wish to implement new cultural projects of mutual interest and cooperation between the two universities and friendly countries, Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Turkey. This visit is a confirmation of good relations and quality cooperation of IUS and the Istanbul Technical University that lasts for years.
